The associate degree in chemistry program is a broad and versatile program, designed to provide students with a strong foundation in chemistry while allowing them to explore their interests in the field. The courses offered by our degree program focuses on six areas: inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, physical chemistry, physics, mathematics, and environmental chemistry. Students are engaged, both through theory (lectures) and through laboratory classes to gain hands-on training with various laboratory techniques and procedures. The program allows for graduates to continue their education to obtain degrees in varied fields such as medicine, physical sciences, pharmacy, biochemistry, medical technology, and education fields. Graduates may also work as entry-level technicians or lab assistants in the manufacturing industry.
