Course Description:

The course is designed to provide students with an appreciation of current basic management theories and techniques. The course will examine basic management theory and organizational concepts. The management principles have theoretical concepts that can easily adopt with universal applications to profits and nonprofits organizations. Areas of interest include the management process, motivation, leadership, corporate culture and human resource management. The course also allows students to effectively and efficiently analyze a business management plan from TED.
