The College reserves the right to disclose certain “personally identifiable” information from a student’s permanent record without the student’s consent. Such information is outlined as the student’s name and address, date and place of birth; program major; participation in extra curricular activities sponsored by the College; dates of attendance; degrees, awards and certificates; and the most recent previous educational institution attended.

Section G - Insurance Beneficiary Information

Every student who is registered at Sacred Heart Junior College is covered by SHJC’s accident insurance plan with the Insurance Corporation of Belize ICB. The insurance covers students twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week as long as they are registered at SHJC. Students are covered whether they are on campus or at home, traveling to and from school and especially on class trips.
