This course is designed to strengthen the usage and understanding of elementary mathematical concepts which will serve as a foundation for Intermediate Algebra. The topics to be covered are: sets and notation, classification of numbers and their properties, algebra and notation, linear equations and inequalities, exponents, factoring, graphing, and quadratic equations.
