Course Description:
This 1 credit course is designed to reinforce the theory studied in General Physics I (PHYS1001). Laboratory exercises will reinforce knowledge in the areas of Quantities, Measurement and Uncertainty, Mechanics, and Thermodynamics. Students will be expected to carry out experiments which are demonstrative and afford a visual and “hands-on” approach to the concepts studied in class. Students will carry out experiments aimed at corroborating the physical theories in a quantitative manner.
