Course Description
TOUR2201 is designed to focus on food safety and sanitation, weights and measures, knife identification and knife skills, introduction to kitchen vocabulary, and identification of kitchen equipment, utensils, and kitchenware. Students will experience a combination of service theory reinforced by the actual practice of the concepts learned.
