The Customer Service course is designed to introduce students to the concepts in customer service and the importance of good customer service, with a special focus on the tourism and hospitality industry. Students will learn in detail the various components of good customer service and will also need to demonstrate and interact with customers. This course will be very interactive and will require active participation from all the students. We will examine how effective communication is central to customers Service. Students will learn how to provide quality service; whether it is delivered face to face, over the telephone or by e-mail. They will also learn how to effectively deal with difficult customers and learn how to solve many problems that may arise within the industry.
