Elements of Literature

Literature 20042 is an introduction to the reading and the critical studying of serious fiction, poetry, and drama from various periods and across cultures. Short stories, novels, poems, and plays from ancient Greece to the present will be read. The course also focuses on the elements of short stories,  poetry, and plays through active reading, thereby providing a valuable human aspect to the reality of reading.
