Course Description
Food and Beverage 1 and Lab 1 are designed to focus on food safety and sanitation, weights and measures, knife identification, introduction to kitchen vocabulary, and identification of kitchen equipment, utensils, and kitchenware. Students will experience a combination of service theory reinforced by the actual practice of the concepts learned.
