Functional Spanish

Course description:

Functional Spanish is a confidence builder for students who have just completed Pre-College Spanish. It is designed to help students engage in discussions on a variety of social issues. Students are able to use these discussions to speak at length and describe other features of Spanish speaking countries. Students use both the indicative and subjunctive mood in their conversations and essays and other grammar points to improve their proficiency in the Spanish language. Finally, this course seeks to develop students’ competence and confidence in Spanish.
