General Chemistry II

Course Description

CHEM1212 is a 3-credit course and is the second half of the comprehensive introduction to fundamental Chemistry concepts offered as a professional core course for all science majors. This course builds on the foundation of Chemistry principles established in General Chemistry I. Throughout this course students obtain a greater appreciation of principles that will cover the broad spectrum of the field of Chemistry. Students will study the physical principles that govern chemistry, including energy, enthalpy, states of matter, etc.
