Global Business

Course Description:

Global Business is a Year 2, Semester 1 course in the Associates in Business program. The course introduces students to the world of business outside of Belize. It offers a window through which students can objectively view international business practices. This course also addresses globalization, international trade theory, government influence on trade, direct investment, export strategies, regional trade agreements, and the global business environment (political, legal, economic, sociocultural, and environmental).
