This course is the second in a two-semester algebra sequence at the developmental level, intended to sharpen skills and increase understanding of elementary and intermediate algebra concepts. The topics include exponents and polynomials, radicals, and logarithms, factoring and solving quadratic equations, linear equations and inequalities in one variable, linear equations and inequalities in two variables, relations and functions.
