Official Transcripts:
To apply for an official transcript, please download the transcript request form, fill out and email to the Administrative Assistant at aarguelles@shc.edu.bz attaching your payment receipt.
Transcripts are:
$10.00 per copy – 48 hours after submission of receipt and application.
$20.00 per copy – 24 hours after submission of receipt and application.
Official Letters:
To apply for an official letter, please download the form, fill out and email to the Administrative Assistant at aarguelles@shc.edu.bz attaching your payment receipt.
Letters are $10.00 per copy.
Enrollment – 2-3 days after submission of receipt and application.
Embassy – 3-4 days after submission of receipt and application.
Estimate – 4-5 days after submission of receipt and application.
Program Review – 5-14 days after submission of receipt and application.
Grade Change:
To apply for a grade change, please download the form, fill out and email to the Registrar at registrar@shc.edu.bz.
If you think that the grade given is not correct, you can apply.
Independent Study:
To apply for an independent study, please download the form, fill out and email it to the HOD of the course, the course’s lecturer and copy the Registrar at registrar@shc.edu.bz.
If you need to take a course in order for you to graduate, or for not to wait until another year to take the class, you can apply for an independent study.
Academic Overload:
To apply for an academic overload, please download the form, fill out and email to the Registrar at registrar@shc.edu.bz.
If you need to take more than six courses to be able to finish sooner than expected, you can apply for an academic overload.
